1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using the C168 platform at c168.lv, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and C168 as the platform operator.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use c168's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• Not be on a self-exclusion list or prohibited by local law from participating in gambling activities.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration.
• Hold a valid bank account or digital wallet in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• Not register more than one active account under the same name or with fraudulent intent.

C168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Documents typically required include a national ID, bank statement or recent proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Duplicate accounts found will be closed and any related balance or wins may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on c168 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Accepted deposit methods include FPX, digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), bank transfers and debit or credit cards. Deposit processing is instant for most methods, while withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours.

• C168 does not charge any fees for deposits. Third-party providers may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for deposit, or to a verified account under the same name.
• C168 reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing a first-time withdrawal.
• Any suspicious activity or activity related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Terms

C168 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specified rollover requirements that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal can be made.

General bonus terms:

• The rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or directly exchanged for cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• C168 reserves the right to void any related bonuses or wins if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or attempts to exploit promotions.
• Players who use more than one account to claim the same bonus will forfeit all related bonuses and wins.

C168 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. C168's decision on any bonus dispute is final.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the c168 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and fair.

The following are strictly prohibited on the c168 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempts to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

If c168 detects any violation of these rules, the account involved will be immediately suspended and an investigation will be conducted. Wins obtained through unfair means may be forfeited.

6 Wagering Limits and Risk Management

10 Disputes and Resolution
