In today's digital age, the majority of Malaysian players prefer gaming through a mobile app over a web browser. That's why C168 developed a dedicated app that's far more than a stripped-down version of the website — it's a gaming experience fully optimised for small screens and touch input.
The C168 app is available for Android and iOS, both free to download from their official app stores. It's built with Malaysian users in mind — Malay and English interface, local payment support, and optimisation for the 4G/5G networks common across the country.
One of the biggest advantages of the c168 app over the web service is performance. The app loads faster, games run smoother, and there is no lag when you take action. This is especially important for live casino games where every millisecond counts.
The C168 app is also optimised to use less data, which means you can play longer without the risk of burning through your internet quota. For players who frequently play on the go, this is a significant advantage.
When you use the C168 app, you don't need to keep it open to stay on top of promotions or important events. The app sends notifications directly to your device about new bonuses, tournament events, and win results as they happen — so you never miss a golden opportunity.
You can customise your notification settings to suit your preferences — receive alerts for selected promotions only, or turn them off entirely for a quieter experience. The choice is always yours.
The C168 app supports biometric authentication including fingerprint and facial recognition on both Android and iOS. You no longer need to type your password every time you open the app — just use your fingerprint or face. It's more secure and much faster.
Additionally, if your device is lost or stolen, end-to-end encryption keeps your account secure. You can also log out of all devices from your account settings if needed.
The C168 website is great, but the app is purpose-built with touchscreen interaction in mind. Buttons are larger, text is easier to read, and every element is laid out to follow the natural flow of your fingers. This makes playing bingo, placing sports bets, or hitting the casino far easier and more enjoyable.
The app also supports both portrait and landscape orientation, letting you play in whichever position is most comfortable for you.
Your C168 account is fully synced across all platforms — app, website, and mobile site. Your balance, game history, and active promotions are identical wherever you log in. If you start playing on the app and later switch to the web, all your data is already there and you can pick up right where you left off.
Making a deposit or withdrawing your winnings through the C168 app is just as simple as on the website. The app supports all the same local Malaysian payment methods, and transactions are processed at the same speed. You can top up your account in just a few taps.
For added security, the app will require two-step verification for withdrawals, ensuring no one can access your funds without your authorisation.
The c168 development team continuously adds new features and improves the app based on user feedback. Updates are rolled out regularly and are typically seamless — no lengthy changelogs to read or long waits before an update begins.
Every update brings security improvements, performance enhancements, or exciting new features. We encourage all users to keep their app updated to the latest version for the best experience.
If you encounter any issues or have questions while using the C168 app, you can reach our customer support team directly from within the app. No need to open a browser or search for contact details — just tap the "Contact Us" button and start chatting with our support agents.
